Is there an age restriction?

18+ for both the show and camping.

Will there be a payment plan option?

Yes, there will be a payment plan option to purchase your passes.

You can lock in your tickets for a low down payment and monthly installments. After July 31, all payments must be made in full.

Will there be single day ticket options?

There will not be single day ticket options.

How do I purchase camping passes?

Select the ticket option “Walk-In Camping (includes 3-Day Fest Pass)”. This allows you access to the Fort Tuthill County Park campground, located just a 0.3 mile walk from The Pepsi Amphitheater. ONE Walk-In Camping (includes 3-Day fest Pass)  is valid for ONE person. This is TENT CAMPING ONLY.

What are the camping ticket options?
  • Main Campground: Walk-in camping. ONE walk-in camping/fest pass is valid for ONE person. NO Vehicles allowed. If a camper is coming with a car, they must purchase a 3-day parking pass to park in the nearby lot. Space is limited in parking lot, carpool is HIGHLY encouraged. Site areas are assigned day of on a first come first serve basis.
  • RV Campground: RV / Car camping. An RV Campground includes one 18’ x 40’ camp space and TWO camping/fest passes. You can purchase add-on tickets to have up to 8 people per site. Site areas are assigned day of on a first come first serve basis. One vehicle allowed per spot. Any additional cars must purchase a 3-Day Parking Pass and park in the nearby lot. There are no water/power hookups at campsites.
How do I purchase add-on camping for RV?

Any additional campers will need to purchase an Add-on Camping Pass (which includes a 3-Day Fest pass) which you can do during this online process, or you can call us at 480-656-9940 to add campers to your site.

Will the parking lot allow cars to be parked overnight / throughout the weekend for those people without camping passes?

No, cars cannot be left in the lot overnight except for those who are camping and have purchased a 3-Day Overnight Parking Pass.

What are day parking lot hours (for non-campers)?

Noon-11pm

As an RV/Car camper, can we drive our RV or car back into town during the day to purchase food/supplies?

No, vehicle re-entry to the RV Lot will be prohibited for safety reasons. Once parked at your campsite, you will not be able to move your vehicle (RV OR car) unless you are leaving the event.

How many parking spots will I get by purchasing parking?

All who are attending Coconino Campout with a walk-in camping pass will need to purchase parking for all vehicles they plan to park in the nearby lot.

Parking passes may be available for purchase on arrival on a first come first served basis but are not guaranteed. Buying in advance will guarantee a parking spot for your group and will speed up your arrival process. When you purchase your 3-day ticket, you will be prompted to add-on parking passes.

 

Will non-campers be allowed in the campgrounds?

Due to capacity limits and security concerns, we cannot allow non-campers into the campground areas.

Can I transfer my ticket after I purchase?

RPM Ticketing will not be facilitating any ticket/wristband transfers. For any questions, please contact info@rpmtix.com or 480-656-9940 (available M-F, 9am-5pm PST).

When will I receive my wristband/ticket?

Wristband/ticket shipping will take place 4-6 weeks before the event.

What happens if I lose my wristband/ticket?

We can replace your wristband/ticket for a $20 fee per lost wristband/ticket.

What are the details of On-Site Camping?
  • Walk in camping is located in a beautiful established campground with the majority of spots being shaded forest camping. All spaces are all first come first served (there is no way to reserve a campsite ahead of time) and campers will need to adhere to spacing guidelines per person.
  • Camping will be a short .35 mile walk to the venue.
  • Campgrounds open at 10AM on Friday and close at 12pm on Monday.
  • All sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. If a camper is taking up an area larger than 12’ X 12’ in the Main Campground, they may be asked to share space as more campers arrive.
  • Each RV/CAR campsite is 18’ x 40’ (720 sq’) and can accommodate a max of 1 vehicle (car OR RV), and includes up to 2 people per site. 6 additional passes per site can be purchased as an add on. The RV/Car spaces are in a gravel lot. You may set up tents, shade structures, etc. within the confines of your allotted space. There are no power/water hookups available at campsites.
  • There will be drinking water accessible to all campers, but personal water bottles/containers will be necessary.
  • There will be portapotties provided.
  • There will be food vendors accessible for campers as well as food inside the venue, but bringing supplemental food is strongly encouraged for campers.
  • Generators are allowed in the Car Camping area outside of designated quiet hours (1am-9am).
  • Within the campgrounds, open flame fires (campfires) are not permitted, charcoal/wood grills for cooking are prohibited. Propane stoves are allowed but must be supervised at all times.
  • Showers will be available on-site for purchase for $8/shower.
What are the campsite rules?
  1. You must be wearing a 3-day festival with camping wristband to enter the campground.
  2. All sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. If a camper is taking up an area larger than 12’ X 12’ in the Main Campground, they may be asked to share space as more campers arrive.
  3. No vehicles allowed in the main campground.
  4. All vehicles in the parking lot must display a vehicle pass and all campers must wear their 3-day festival and camping wristband at all times.
  5. GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS.
  6. FIRES, CHARCOAL GRILLS, AND OPEN FLAMES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS.
  7. Disorderly conduct, visible drug use, public drunkenness or underage drinking WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone appearing intoxicated or displaying disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the campground.
  8. CAMPGROUND QUIET HOURS ARE 2 AM – 8 AM.
  9. No fireworks of any kind are permitted at Ft. Tuthill County Park, including in the campground. This restriction includes sparklers and flaming batons.
  10. Campers must keep all camping equipment within their designated campsite.
  11. Each campground will have porta-potties. Trash receptacles and recycle containers are located just outside the campground entrances.
  12. Please help us leave the campground as clean as or cleaner than it was when you arrived.
  13. Above all, please be respectful of your fellow campers and the park.
