Is there an age restriction?

18+ is the strict age limit.

Will there be a payment plan option?

Yes, there will be a payment plan option to purchase your passes.

You can lock in your tickets for a low down payment and monthly installments.

Will the parking lot allow cars to be parked overnight / throughout the weekend for those people without camping passes?

No, cars cannot be left in the lot overnight except for those who are camping and/or have purchased a overnight parking pass.

How do I purchase camping passes?

Camping passes will be available as an add-on to your show ticket purchase. There will be 3 types of camping options: Walk-In Camping, Car Camping, and RV Camping. Admission to the show does not include camping, and camping passes do not include admission to the show.

What are the camping ticket options?

Walk-in Camping (NORTH and SOUTH LOTS) : ONE walk-in camping pass is valid for ONE person. NO vehicles will be allowed onto campsite. If a camper is coming with a car, they must purchase an overnight parking pass and park in the nearby assigned lot. Space is limited in  the parking lot, carpool is HIGHLY encouraged. Site areas are assigned day of on a first come, first serve basis. All campers must have festival pass.

Car Camping (MAIN/WEST/BRIGADE) : Car Camping is valid for FOUR people in one car. Any additional people per car or at a Car Camping site beyond the allotted four, will need to purchase an additional camper pass — up to 8 campers per site. Site areas are assigned day of on a first come, first serve basis. One vehicle allowed per spot. Any additional cars must purchase an overnight parking pass or an additional Car Camping pass. All campers must have festival pass. All guests must be present at camping check-in for credentials.  

RV Camping: RV Camping is valid for FOUR people in one RV. Any additional people per RV or at a RV Camping site beyond the allotted four, will need to purchase an additional camper pass up to 8 camper per site. Site areas are assigned day of on a first come, first serve basis. One RV allowed per spot. RV camping includes space for 1 RV and 1 one car.  Any additional vehicles must purchase an overnight parking pass or an additional RV/Car Camping pass.. All campers must have festival pass. All guests must be present at camping check-in for credentials.  

What are the different camping sites/spaces at Fort Tuthill?

South Group Campground – All campers must purchase festival tickets separate.

The South Group Campground is sold per person, not per site – will include one camping credential. It is open camping, individual sites are not designated. Camping spots are first come, first serve.

This area is best suited for tent camping.  Generators are not allowed in the South Group campground. Due to the narrow roadways, uneven terrain & no generator rule, this campground is not suitable for motor homes of any size.

North Group Campground – All campers must purchase festival tickets separate.

The North Group Campground is sold per person. Not per site – will include one camping credential. It is open camping, individual sites are not designated. Camping spots are first come, first serve.

This area is best suited for tent camping. Generators are not allowed in the North Group campground. Due to the narrow roadways, uneven terrain & no generator rule, this campground is not suitable for motor homes of any size.

Main Campground – All campers must purchase festival tickets separate.

The Main Campground is sold per site and includes credentials for 4 guests. All guests must check in at same time for credentials. Additional campers must purchase an add on Camping Pass. Please have main campground confirmation number ready when purchasing additional camping passes.  Each site allows up to 8 people total. Main Campground sites sites vary in size.

 

West Campground –

The West Campground is sold per site and includes credentials for 4 guests. All guests must check in at same time for credentials. Additional campers must purchase an add on Camping Pass. Please have RV campground confirmation number ready when purchasing additional camping passes. This area is best suited for small to medium size trailers and RV’s as well as van and pickup truck campers.

Brigade Campground –

The Brigade Campground is sold per site and includes credentials for 4 guests. All guests must check in at same time for credentials. Additional campers must purchase an add on Camping Pass. Please have RV campground confirmation number ready when purchasing additional camping passes. This area is best suited for small to medium size trailers and RV’s as well as van and pickup truck campers.

 

RV Campground –

The RV Campground is sold per site and includes credentials for 4 guests. All guests must check in at same time for credentials. Additional campers must purchase an add on Camping Pass. Please have RV campground confirmation number ready when purchasing additional camping passes.  Each site allows up to 8 people total.

Add-On Camping

Can ONLY be purchased if you are camping with someone who has already purchased a reserved Main, West, Brigade or RV Campground site that you will be joining.

Each additional person planning to join a Main, West, Brigade or RV Campground reserved site must purchase a Camping Pass Add-On ticket. They will need the campsite purchaser’s order number to purchase their Add-On ticket.

What are day paring lot hours (for non-campers)?

12pm-11pm daily

What happens if I lose my wristband/ticket?

We can replace your wristband/ticket for a $20 fee per lost wristband / ticket.

Will non-campers be allowed in the campgrounds?

Due to capacity limited and security concerns, we cannot allow non-campers into the campground areas.

As an RV/Car camper, can we drive our RV or car back into town during the day to purchase food/supplies?

No, vehicle re-entry to the RV Lot and Car Camping lots will be prohibited for safety reasons. Once parked at your campsite, you will not be able to move your vehicle (RV or Car) unless you are leaving the event.

How many parking spots will I get by purchasing parking?

All who are attending Coconino Campout with a walk-in camping pass will need to purchase parking for all vehicles they plan to park in the nearby lot.

Parking passes may be available for purchase upon arrival on a first come first serve basis but are not guaranteed. Buying in advance will guarantee a parking spot for your group and will speed up your arrival process. When you purchase your tickets, you will be prompter to add-on parking passes.

What are the details of on-site camping?
  • Camping is located in a beautiful established campground with the majority of spots being shaded forest camping. All spaces are all first come first served (there is no way to reserve a campsite ahead of time) and campers will need to adhere to spacing guidelines per person.
  • Camping will be a short .35 mile walk to the venue.
  • Campgrounds open at 10AM on Friday and close at 11am on Sunday.
  • All sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. If a camper is taking up an area larger than 12’ x 12’ in the Main Campground, they may be asked to share space as more campers arrive.
  • Each RV/CAR campsite is 18’ x 40’ (720 sq’) and can accommodate a max of 1 vehicle (car OR RV), and includes 4 people per site. Additional passes per site can be purchased as an additional camper pass. The RV/CAR spaces are in a gravel lot. You may set up tents, shade structures, etc. within the confines of your allotted space. There are no power/water hookups available at campsites.
  • There will be drinking water accessible to all campers, but personal water bottles/containers will be necessary.
  • There will be portapotties provided.
  • There will be food vendors accessible for campers as well as food inside the venue, but bringing supplemental food is strongly encouraged for campers.
  • Generators are allowed in the RV/Car Camping area outside of designated quiet hours (2am–8am).
  • Within the campgrounds, open flame fires (campfires) are not permitted, charcoal/wood grills for cooking are prohibited. Propane stoves are allowed but must be supervised at all times.
  • Ice will be available for purchase as well.
What are the campsite rules?
  • You must be wearing a camping wristband to enter the campground.
  • All sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. If a camper is taking up an area larger than 12’ x 12’ in the Walk-In Campground, they may be asked to share space as more campers arrive.
  • No vehicles allowed in the North and South campground.
  • All vehicles in the parking lot must display a vehicle pass and all campers must wear their wristbands at all times.
  • GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS.
  • FIRES, CHARCOAL GRILLS, AND OPEN FLAMES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS.
  • Disorderly conduct, visible drug use, public drunkenness or underage drinking WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Anyone appearing intoxicated or displaying disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the campground.
  • CAMPGROUND QUIET HOURS ARE 2 AM – 8 AM.
  • No fireworks of any kind are permitted at Ft. Tuthill County Park, including in the campground. This restriction includes sparklers and flaming batons.
  • No Dogs allowed at campsites
  • Campers must keep all camping equipment within their designated campsite.
  • Each campground will have porta-potties. Trash receptacles and recycle containers are located just outside the campground entrances.
  • Please help us leave the campground as clean as or cleaner than it was when you arrived.
  • Above all, please be respectful of your fellow campers and the park.
